A great day Hi Abraham : a big thank you from us to your team - the driver Faraz , a full on guy and can relate well to western humour , a great driver but was respectful of his culture wearing his traditional clothing. JP from canada a new pilot with heaps of experience was fantastic , the pre start flight information spot on and expressed well. The balloon launch and retrieving guys all smiling . And your experinced pilot settling in Jb on how your team operated was very professional . The assistance given to those who struggled physically and needed a little bit of help and reassurance was beautiful to see. Completely professional team that blended the local culture and hot ballooning experience into one. 10 out of 10 from us. We will recommend you guys .

Great trip This was an excellent and well organized trip! Our driver was professional and timely; Ibrahim was a great coordinator and Orlando was an incredible pilot! Would highly recommend. The hot air balloon, camel and falcon were truly wonderful experiences.

Trip of a lifetime! Don’t know where to start…The whole experience from start to end was phenomenal. We were picked up from our hotel in a private Land Cruiser, the driver was lovely and very informative throughout. The communication from the team was next to none. I received continuous updates via WhatsApp (which was super handy). Any questions were promptly answered within the hour!!! And after the trip the team have forwarded videos and pictures taken with the kindest messages. The actual hot air balloon flight was magical. Travelling over the desert at sunrise is now up there with one of the things I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I wish to thank our pilot. His skill was flawless, his kind nature and his patience. He told us it was a difficult flight due to low/no wind and he managed to single handily land our balloon. Still smiling the entire time. The breakfast followed was lovely. Greeted by a gentlemen playing The oud. Wow! We cannot thank Ibrahim Sindbad and his team enough. This was certainly a trip of a lifetime and we will forever be grateful to the team who made it possible.

Fantastic experience A very well organised trip. We were picked up at our hotel bang on time by our driver and guide Salman Haider, who was polite, friendly and informative throughout. This company was top notch on safety, the pilots gave us a full saftey briefing and made sure everyone knew everything we needed to know. The ride itself was very smooth and pleasant, the pilot explained everything that was going on and briefed us on the type of landing we could expect, which turned out to be very smooth! Well worth doing if staying in Dubai but choose a company like this one who put safety first!

Up up in the air We had a fantastic experience hot air ballooning over Dubai. The team are amazing, we were well briefed on the safety rules and measures. During the actual ballooning experience our captain told us continually what was happening and why he was doing things. Then comes the experience of hot air ballooning. This was something I had wanted to do my whole life and it was wonderful. I am terrified of heights but I managed to get through it all. I highly recommend

Awsome Experience Amazing Sunrise Views.The Sinbad Team were hilarious, hospitable and very helpful especially when my mother needed help getting in and out of the basket.Sinbad Team are the best!!
